When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items are scheduled to ship approximately one week prior to the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is available.
How do you package vinyl records to prevent damage?
We take great care in our packaging. All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced mailers with additional padding. For collectors concerned about seam splits, we recommend adding a note to your order requesting that the record be shipped outside of the jacket.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please email our support team immediately with your order number. Once an order has reached the shipping queue, we are unable to make further modifications.
Are digital downloads included with vinyl purchases?
Most of our vinyl releases include a high-quality digital download code. If a code is included, it will be mentioned in the product description and physically tucked inside the record sleeve.
