Sacred Bones Records accepts returns on physical media and apparel within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unopened, and unworn condition. Please note that limited edition pressings and digital downloads are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure vinyl records and merchandise are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our warehouse address; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for security.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
